/ Payment for Ice Time

Before entering the rink area, please sign-in and designate the sessions you will be skating that day.  Skaters should begin or end their skating times at the specified time only.

Any skater who fails to sign-in, will be charged for the maximun number of sessions available that day, each at the walk-in rate.  This also applies to those skaters who pay by the package.

If you register as a walk-in, you must pay before going on the ice.  No exceptions!

Discounted package payments apply only for payments made at the beginning of the initial session before any sessions are skated: once sessions have been skated, the discount will not apply.  If you pre-pay at package rate and exceed your designated number of sessions, you must pay the balance due (at the same package rate) before you can purchase your next package.

Any skater with an outstanding debt will not be permitted to skate until their balance is paid.

Around The Ice Surface

Skaters only are permitted to stand near the doors leading onto the ice, as this is a potential hazard for any non-skater (especially small children).  The management appreciates your cooperation in this matter.

No open conatiners (soda cans, coffee cups) or glass bottles are permitted on or near the ice surface.  Plastic water bottles with closed lid are permissible if kept on the team benches.  Tapes or cd's are permitted on the boards, all other items must be kept on the benches.

There are to be no skate bags, and changing of skates in the snack bar!!  Skate bags and the changing of skates are to be in locker room #1, or on the benches in the rink area.

***These rules are to ensure the health, safety, and enjoyment for everyone.  Please comply with them - you do not want to jeopardize your position in the figure skating club, or with the rink!

Lesson Cancellation Etiquette

24 hour notice should be given for lesson cancellations.  Please be sure to have your coaches home number and cell phone number, as well as the rink's. (856-589-5599).  The rink is not responsible for getting a message to a coach, the skater is!
